XXI Workshop on Economic Integration, organized by the INTECO joint research unit in Economic Integration, to be held at the University Jaume I on the 28th and 29th of November 2024.

The workshop will consist of presenting on-going papers in the field of economic integration, both real (international trade) and financial (international finance). Participants will have 20 minutes to present their works, and then a discussant will open the general discussion by asking a couple of questions.

We are pleased to announce the celebration of the XXI Workshop on Economic Integration, organized by the INTECO joint research unit in Economic Integration, to be held at the University Jaume I on the 28th and 29th of November 2024. In this edition, our invited keynote speaker will be Ana María Santacreu (Federal Reserve of St. Louis). In addition, we will also have a round-table on “The economic consequences of the new US Administration” with the participation of Irina Balteanu (Banco de España), Judith Arnal (Elcano and CEPS), and TBC from Caixabank Research. The workshop will have an in-person format.

Analogously to previous years, the workshop will consist of presenting on-going papers in the field of economic integration, both real (international trade) and financial (international finance). Participants will have 20 minutes to present their works, and then a discussant will open the general discussion by asking a couple of questions.

Presenters/discussants of accepted papers will be covered one hotel night plus social meals.
